HOW LONG ARE YOUR CONTRACTS?

The Unlimited Website Updates subscription plan is paid monthly or yearly, and has no term contract. We make it simple to start and stop your service at anytime.

IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION?

YES! To say thank you for your loyalty we’ll give you a discount on your subscription if you pay annually.

MY WEBSITE IS NOT USING WORDPRESS, DOES THAT MATTER?

Our Unlimited Website Updates plan is targeted towards WordPress websites only, if your website is on a different CMS platform please contact us before purchasing the subscription or One-off task option.

MY REQUIRED UPDATE IS NOT ON YOUR LIST OF TASKS?

If your requested update is outside the list of tasks, please contact us beforehand and we can provide a quote. The task will be treated as one-off project and invoiced separately before any work is started.

I HAVE SEVERAL UPDATES TO MAKE ON MY WEBSITE, DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR EACH ONE INDIVIDUALLY?

Yes you do. Each One-Off task is for one individual update, and will need to be purchased separately as well. However, it might be more cost effective to purchase the Unlimited Website Update subscription for a period of time instead, and then submit your updates.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY WEBSITE IF I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Your website and email accounts won’t be affected if you cancel your Unlimited Website Updates subscription.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

Find the subscription that best suits your needs, and add it to your Cart. Simply follow the Checkout steps and enter in your payment information. Upon successful purchase you’ll be taken to the exclusive Client Area. Multiple subscriptions can be purchased at the same time too.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Login to your Client Area and click on ‘My Account’ and then ‘Subscriptions’. From this page you can review and manage your current subscriptions. Click the ‘View’ button next to a subscription you wish to cancel, and then under Actions click the ‘Cancel Subscription button.

WHAT IS MEANT BY UNLIMITED?

Unlimited means you can submit as many individual task requests as you want per month as long as your subscription is active. Your task request must fit into the list provided.

CAN I SHARE THE UNLIMITED WEBSITE UPDATES SUBSCRIPTION ACROSS MULTIPLE WEBSITES?

No, you will need to purchase a separate Unlimited Website Updates subscription for each website.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A PAYMENT?

Tasks are only worked on if your subscription is active. Any existing or open tasks won’t be completed until the subscription is renewed. You won’t be able to submit anymore tasks until your subscription is active as well.
